I dropped out of high school when I got pregnant, and a school counselor told me I wouldn't amount to anything. I spent years proving her wrong. I became a triple-board-certified physician: an OB/GYN, then functional medicine and menopause care.
And then I burned out. I had done everything right and still felt terrible in my body. I was exhausted, my hormones were a mess, and honestly, I felt far from God.
The turning point wasn't another protocol. It was going back to how God designed us: fasting with faith, real food, and time in His Word, all working together instead of one at a time.
That's where Fast to Faith began. I built it for the woman I was, tired and faithful and done trying harder on her own. Since then, more than 1,000 women have walked these 40 days.
I built the group because I saw what happens when women walk this together. Nobody quits on a Tuesday when her sisters are cheering her on.
