Hi, I’m Dr. Tabatha, a triple-board certified OB-GYN, functional medicine physician, and Creator of the Fast to Faith brand.

My journey hasn’t been easy. I dropped out of high school due to an unexpected pregnancy, and my high school counselor told me I wouldn’t amount to anything. But I didn’t let that stop me. I went on to become a triple board-certified doctor.

But even after achieving that, I realized something was missing. God spoke to me, telling me that true healing for women could only come through a connection with their faith. That’s when I knew my mission was to help women transform their health by teaching them how to combine fasting and faith.

This 5-Day Challenge was birthed from that calling, and now I’m here to help you discover how powerful this connection can be in your own health journey.
