Is it safe for perimenopause or midlife?

How much time does this take each day?

Meet Your Coach

Hi, I’m Dr. Tabatha, a triple-board certified OB-GYN, functional medicine physician, and Creator of the Fast to Faith brand.

My journey hasn’t been easy. I dropped out of high school due to an unexpected pregnancy, and my high school counselor told me I wouldn’t amount to anything. But I didn’t let that stop me. I went on to become a triple board-certified doctor.

 

And then I burned out.

 

Even after achieving everything the world said I should want — I was exhausted, depleted, and disconnected from God. That’s when He showed me the missing piece. True healing for women could only come through a connection with their faith.

 

That’s why I created Fast to Faith. And this 5-day challenge is where it begins.
